Annie, Jeff & Jaxen operate a farm in rural Alberta & they are probably some of the sweetest people you will veer get the chance of knowing! When I first started in photography, Annie booked me to come out & do a family session. We all braved the cold November day to create some lasting memories & little did I know that this was the start of a great friendship – and now I have been able to shoot their Alberta farm engagement session!

Since that time, I have been blessed to shoot this family two more times, with this latest time not only being a family session but an ENGAGEMENT session as well! I was so over the moon excited the day that Annie texted me telling me that her & Jeff were engaged (& the proposal story behind it is even more hilarious hahah)!

This is why I love what I get to do! Creating long lasting relationships with people is what makes my job so rewarding. Getting to see Jaxen grow up into the handsome & smart little boy that he is & getting to watch Annie & Jeff’s relationship grow. When we get together to shoot, it’s not just a photo shoot, but a wonderful opportunity to hang out with such a great family!
