I am so excited to share this post with you where I was blessed to be Brittany & Scott’s Bonnyville Wedding Photographer! Brittany & Scott got married on a beautiful day in Bonnyville, Alberta at Scott’s family farm! Luckily, this year our snow here in Alberta disappeared pretty early, so we had a beautiful spring day! I started off the day hanging out with the ladies getting ready at Brittany’s Mom’s house. I quickly felt like one of the girls after meeting everyone! After learning that Brittany’s Dad had passed in 2019, her Mom had a very special gift for Brittany on her wedding day. It was quite an emotional moment, and there wasn’t a dry eye in the room (not even behind the camera). It was so beautiful to see all of the ways that Brittany & Scott chose to incorporate her Dad throughout the day, like laying the rose for him on his special chair at the ceremony.

After getting ready, the crew headed out in the limo to the family farm! I got to meet Scott’s Grandpa who was the sweetest gentleman & had a carriage all ready for Brittany to arrive to the ceremony in! After a beautiful ceremony, we headed out down the road to the neighbors ‘saloon’ for some super fun shots! Because the snow had just melted, there were quite a few puddles & the men had to get a little creative on getting the women to the location (you will see below :P).

A huge thankyou to Brittany, Scott & both of your families for allowing me to be there on your special day! It truly was magical & I cannot wait to see what this world has in store for you two (also can’t wait to meet that little bun in the oven)!
