I cannot describe to you how much fun I had with Kolbi & Justin at Ross Lake Alberta, but I think the pictures can explain it all! Kolbi & Justin are two of the most easy going & happy people that I have ever met. Just spending an evening lakeside with them showed me how much fun & laughter they have in their relationship.

We headed out to Ross Lake campground near Elk Point, Alberta. If you have never been to Ross Lake you really need to check it out. It’s a lake that I have been camping at since I was younger and the stalls are just gorgeous! You feel as though you are in your own little world camping there, not shoved right up against your neighbors like other campgrounds.

After walking some of the trails, we shared some beers as we waited for the sun to dip below the horizon. I can just feel the warmth of that night, especially writing this blog post today as it SNOWED last night. Yup, that’s right, it snowed in Alberta on September 13th. I think we got about a solid 7 days of fall. I have a lot of sessions booked for the remainder of this month and next months, so I hope that the snow will melt & decide to stay away for a little while at least.
