I can’t even begin to tell you how excited I am to be sharing this Vancouver Island Couples Photographer post with Rebeka & Dan! This shoot took place at the INCREDIBLE Jordan River Cabin on Vancouver Island. I took a trip to the island with my sister for a content day hosted by the lovely Venture Out Photography (Rebeka) & when I saw that she was going to be renting this cabin with the dreamiest bathroom, I just knew I had to ask Rebeka & Dan to get a little cozy in the bathtub!

Intimate couples sessions are my all time favourite thing to shoot. Now don’t get me a wrong, it can be a little nerve wracking for the couple coming into the session, but I always stick true to the core of my business – relationship! Coming into the shoot you will already have spoken to me a bunch & developed a relationship, so it will just feel like hanging with a friend! I am always so honoured to be let into the sacred place of your relationship & to be able to capture it. I truly believe that these photos will last a lifetime & will be something you cherish, looking back on when your 50, 60, 70 or 80. As Moira Rose once said “then allow me to offer you some advice. Take a thousand naked pictures of yourself now. You may currently think, “Oh, I’m too spooky.”, or, “Nobody wants to see these tiny boobies.” But believe me, one day you will look at those photos, with much kinder eyes and say, “Dear God, I was a beautiful thing!”.
