It has been a long few COVID years since I met Amanda & Smeet & had the opportunity to shoot to shoot their engagement session! Fast forward a couple of years & they were finally able to have their Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge Wedding this past summer & I am so darn excited to share it with you!

Amanda & Smeet knew that they wanted to include both of their family backgrounds & cultural traditions during their big day & I can tell you that it was a seamlessly perfect display of both of their backgrounds! They had a traditional Hindu ceremony, followed by reading their vows & celebrating with family & friends! A few days before their wedding, I was also honoured to be a part of their Mehndi Ceremony, which you can see here!

I truly love getting to know my clients & when I asked Smeet what he loves most about Amanda he said “I love that Amanda continuously pushes me out of my comfort zone to encourage my growth, and how selfless she is”. Amanda stated that she wants to remember their “resiliency to get through the hard stuff together, as well as our hope & excitement for the future” when asked after getting engaged!
